What is counselling?

How we would work together

Counselling offers a safe and non-judgmental environment to discuss your emotions, challenges, and issues.

Counselling is a partnership, and as a person-centred counsellor, it's not my role to direct you or offer advice. Instead, I will walk side by side with you on your journey, providing a holistic approach, this may be offering tools and strategies if the client asks for this.  I strongly believe that everyone's life and needs are unique.
